Chef, Owner, and Event Producer, Bob Sendall, along with Executive Chef ,Nick Krug, have been inspiring each other and their clients for years. They work together to develop custom menus according to your palette and their expertise.

We customize each menu toward your desire for great taste and our demand for perfection. Using the freshest, seasonal ingredients along with the highest quality items, we deliver the finest to your table.

Off-site catering is our specialty. You will always have a fine dining experience no matter where your event is taking place. We will deliver extraordinary meals regardless of the venue. Guests will immediately recognize, by the impeccable décor and distinguished service, that they are in the midst of an All in Good Taste Production. However, our signature menu items offer a much more tantalizing realization.

These signature items are requested at almost every event:

  • Our rosemary-spiced nuts are baked and served warm at every party. Bowls of fragrant nuts are strategically placed throughout to entice our guests and to to tempt their senses.
  • Our thin crust pizzas are hand made with unbleached flour and rolled in extra virgin olive oil. At the party, they are assembled with imported cheese, local and special accoutrements
  • Our jumbo lump crab cakes are the best. Lemon, cream, and herbs add to the light, airy, and crisp texture. They are perfect as a hors d’oeuvre; they are even better as an accompaniment to a salad course.
  • Our soufflés are perfect. Rising high above the collar, savory or sweet, guests are always amazed when they are French served these delicious and beautifully executed works of art.
  • Our birthday cakes are hand crafted and displayed with a personalized chocolate plaque. We present the cake with a “sparktacular” surprise and many birthday wishes.
  • Toffee Taboo; a creation of Owner, Robert Sendall is our most sought after signature item. Piled high on a platter and hand passed to each of your guests, these delicious morsals are the way to end the party sweetly.

It is a form of purism and we pride ourselves on knowing that we are working with a product that is unsurpassed in flavor, texture and overall quality. Specialty menus are never a problem. We offer vegetarian, kosher, gluten-free and food allergy conscious menu items. However, these options do require advance notice in order to provide you with the best options available. We are happy to accommodate special food needs as they arise at an event.
